I along with other fellow Instructional Designers from LXD Launch designed an elearning module called "Safety First" along with Participation and Facilitator Guides for Instructor Led Training. The elearning course was backed by ADDIE framework involving a detailed Need Analysis; Design and development on Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator and Articulate Rise; Participant assessments and Program Evaluation.
